Frequently Asked Questions

Q         If BioKill is exempt from toxicity classification, why do they print all those warnings on the back of the bottle?
A         BioKill is exempt from toxicity classification with no warnings on the front panel. The product, like all other insecticides is registered, by the Registrar under Act 36 of 1947. In 1947, there were no harmless insecticides. To date, the Act requires all these general warnings, which are outdated in the case of BioKill. Only parliament can change the law.
